Encountering God through Scripture is a four-week course designed to equip you with tools so that you can encounter God through the study of the Bible on your own.
Have you ever wanted more direction when you open the Bible? Do you wish that you could know God better but don't know how to study the Bible?
In June 2023, New City Academy will be offering a summer seminar course titled, Encountering God Through Scripture.
This course will give you tools so that you will be able to study the Bible on your own. We will learn about the steps of Bible study: Prayer, Observation, Historical Context, Interpretation, and Application.
Optional homework should take about 1 hour per week. Childcare will not be provided.
