ESL: Coffee & Conversation

As part of our Place of Peace ministry at the Ashley Place apartments, we're starting a monthly conversation café. English language-learners will be invited to come for coffee and conversation in a welcoming space with volunteers who are ready to simply converse with and encourage attendees in their learning journey.

The next Coffee & Conversation café will be on Saturday, May 4, 10:30–11:30 am at Place of Peace.

For English language-learners: everyone is welcome! No need to register. Come by 6626 Idlewild Rd, Apt A, Charlotte, NC 28212 and practice your English!

For volunteers: no previous English teaching experience is required. The time is meant to be informal, relaxed, and centered on getting to know one another. We do ask that volunteers sign up so that we know to expect you.
