Get Involved

Our goal with NextGen is to help kids and students experience belonging in God's family, interact with God's truth and apply it to daily life, discover their identity as found in Jesus, and prepare to live their lives for his purpose.

We want to serve the world outside our walls—both near and far—with the same attitude that Jesus displayed: servant leadership. We work with partner organizations and individuals both locally and globally to help people find and follow Jesus.

It's in community that you can experience belonging and spiritual growth. Circles of community are the place where we come to understand who we are in Christ and begin to know the purpose he has for us. From connect events to community groups, we have places you can meet and grow in relationship with others who are facing similar things to you.

Worship is our response to God's revelation. In addition to leading our congregations in worship each week at our locations, New City Worship writes and releases original music for anyone who wishes to respond to God in worship.

God's heartbeat is care. At New City, we want you to know that you're never alone. Our Care Teams are ready to serve you, and we have opportunities for you to care for others in our congregation, too.

Academy provides courses that help you understand the truth of the Bible so that you can grow as an equipped follower of Jesus. Jesus called us to be disciples who make disciples, and understanding God's story and our place in it is the first step to growing as a disciple.

If you are looking for a place to invest your time at New City, you can help people find and follow Jesus right here in our congregations as a volunteer. Whether you want to practice hospitality, pour into the lives of kids, help out behind the scenes in production, or use your musical gifts for worship, we have a place for you.
