Virtual Tutoring with Helping Education

Helping Education (formerly Helps Education Fund) invites New City volunteers to connect with third grade students to support their literacy learning through virtual tutoring. Currently, Helping Education works in elementary schools across CMS, including one of our partner schools, Idlewild Elementary.

If you have one hour per week to devote to students, we encourage you to consider signing up to serve as a virtual Helping Education tutor. Tutoring opportunities are in 30 minute blocks from 8:15 am–2:45 pm Monday through Thursday.
