At New City, we are an elder-led church.
The spiritual leadership of New City Church, under the headship of Christ, is provided by our New City Elders. The Elder Board consists of 7–10 congregational elders, who are affirmed by the members of New City. The senior pastor is also a member of the Elder Board. Our elders provide spiritual leadership, accountability, and direction for New City Church.
